Hibernian striker James Collins: "I played against a few of the players when I was younger like Tom (Taiwo) and Ryan McGivern.
"I don't know many people that have been up here.
"It was just a decision I had to make and as a young lad it was a no-brainer to come up and play in the top league of Scotland.
"Coming to the top tier in Scotland is a great progression for my career.
"As a young striker, if you can do well in the top tier in Scotland then it's definitely good for your career."
Motherwell manager Stuart McCall: "It always takes three, four, possibly five games before getting up to match sharpness.
"We saw that on Thursday because, albeit they were a very talented side, they certainly looked a yard sharper and fitter. They have been in competitive action three weeks before us.
"'Faddy' [James McFadden] got 80 minutes and that was pleasing. Stephen McManus played his second game for us.
"I said to them that I didn't want any long faces. They are all bright and bubbly looking forward to Sunday's game."
