Bradley Donaldson, Paul Cairney, Tim Clancy, Ryan McGivern and James McPake are all injured while Jordon Forster and Rowan Vine are suspended.

Motherwell have no fresh injuries following Thursday's Europa League home defeat by Kuban Krasnodar.

Teenage defender Euan Murray remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Hibernian striker James Collins: "I played against a few of the players when I was younger like Tom (Taiwo) and Ryan McGivern.

"I don't know many people that have been up here.

"It was just a decision I had to make and as a young lad it was a no-brainer to come up and play in the top league of Scotland.

"Coming to the top tier in Scotland is a great progression for my career.

"As a young striker, if you can do well in the top tier in Scotland then it's definitely good for your career."

Motherwell manager Stuart McCall: "It always takes three, four, possibly five games before getting up to match sharpness.

"We saw that on Thursday because, albeit they were a very talented side, they certainly looked a yard sharper and fitter. They have been in competitive action three weeks before us.

"'Faddy' [James McFadden] got 80 minutes and that was pleasing. Stephen McManus played his second game for us.

"I said to them that I didn't want any long faces. They are all bright and bubbly looking forward to Sunday's game."
