Bade Achhe Lagte Hain is an Indian Television drama series that premiered on 15th August 2011 on Sony TV, based on the story of two unmarried strangers who are in their mid 30s. The show explores the worlds of two different personalities – Priya Sharma and Ram Kapoor, who discover love accidentally after they come together through the institution of marriage. The show is based in a village near Karnal in Haryana where female infanticide is rampant. The village does not have a single young girl as theyâ re all killed at birth as per the norms. The success of Mankatha seems to have gone into the heads of its female stars, as they have taken a warpath to have the upper hand over each other. The controversy broke out after Lakshmi Rai claimed that the director offered her the choice of characters between Ajith Kumar's girlfriend and Sona for which Trisha Krishnan has shot back by saying that the former's statement is 'silly'.

Lakshmi Rai has said that she told Venkat Prabhu to explain about both the characters in which she felt that Sona's character was meaty. It is because she would have to be part of two songs adding to that the actress was to be in the climax of Mankatha. Hence, she opted for the role.
Reacting to her claims, Trisha Krishnan says that she frankly believes that it will be funny for her to answer to Lakshmi Rai's comments. The actress wonders why the Kanchana actress is raising the issue now. Mankatha might have 3-4 heroines but the fact is that Ajith Kumar's love interest can only appear in the publicity materials.
Meanwhile, Venkat Prabhu has something other to say. The filmmaker says that Lakshmi Rai is confused. She was roped in to play the female lead role in the original script, where she was supposed to pair Ashwin. But plans got changed after Ajith Kumar came on-board. The director changed the script after Thala signed the project. As the movie bosses had given an advance to Lakshmi Rai, they decided to retain her in the film by giving Sona's role in Mankatha.
Venkat Prabhu further adds that Trisha Krishnan was roped in to pair up Ajith Kumar. He ends by saying that he feels sad for Lakshmi Rai but expresses his unhappiness for letting her co-stars down.

Tere Mere Sapne (Hindi: तेरे मेरे सपने) is an Indian television series that airs on STAR Plus since November 4, 2009. Set in a remote rural village in North, representative of any village, in any part of India, the story is seen through our young couple Sarju and Radha their youth representing the spirit of young India and their dynamism representing the change of times.

Serial Plot Summary:
The show is the tale of Sarju (Yash Pandit) who was married to Radha (Ekta Tiwary) in his childhood. He loves his family immensely and Radha but when his friend Kalua (Shashi Ranjan) gets framed in a case in Mumbai, he comes to help him where he meets Kamya (Parul Chowdhury). Kamya who is a widow runs a magazine and hires Sarju for the same on the conditions that he can't leave Mumbai and can't get married. Sarju lies that he is unmarried and Kamya freeds Kalua who used to work in her office. Kalua warns Sarju, Kamya is not a good girl but Sarju sticks to his decision to work with her. Kalua informs Radha about it in village and she runs away from home for her husband. Sarju tells Radha everything and asks her to hide their marriage. Radha agrees and says to the family that she has come to look for her husband. No one in the family knows that actually her husband is Sarju. The family hires her as a maid. Slowly the truth of Radha being Sarju's wife gets exposed. Kamya has turned obsessive towards Sarju and so does all the things she can to get close to him after she gets to know that Radha is his wife. Kamya's brother-in-law too comes midway and hates Sarju but later leaves. Kamya gets so violent for Sarju, she kills Radha. But Radha gets saved and comes back as Sonia pretending to be Radha's lookalike and Kamya's truth is revealed with the help of Kamya's mother-in-law who doesn't like her. Kamya then frames Sarju of raping her. Radha tries finding a lawyer and succeeds in finding a good lawyer (Puneet Vashisht). Radha wins the case and Kamya is sentenced for six years imprisonment and also have to hand 1 crore to Radha and Sarju and they both get back to village.
In village, Laachi (Sarju's sister-in-law, played by (Payal Singh) is taunted by her mother-in-law Ramdei (Roshan Khan) for not giving an heir to the family. She gets her son, Kesoo (Chandresh Singh) married for the second time to a girl, Kalki (Neha Gossain) who is already in love with someone and pregnant with his child. None of them know it. Lots of things happen and the girl after giving birth to her child runs away with jeweleries and money. Kesoo is impotent, this fact comes out and Kesoo is planning to meet doctors but Ramdei is afraid that villagers will get to know this. But Kesoo goes ahead even though they now have Kalki's child. Sarju's chachi with her daughter-in-law and son are also creating havoc in their life. A girl named Rani (Paridhi Sharma) who disguised herself as Meera (actually Sarju's cousin's lover) enters in family and is behind Sarju and Ramdei has started hating Radha as she feels Radha is the reason Kesoo going against her. Rani's truth is revealed and now Kalki has returned again!! Sarju's cousin becomes good. Kalki sends Kesoo to jail lying that his family and he tortured her for dowry, behaves badly with everyone is the family. Ramdei slowly realizes how ideals are her daughter-in-laws Radha and Laachi are.

Bollywood movie Bodyguard, which features Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the leads, has smashed all the records at the collection centres in North America in the first week of its release. According to its promoters in the US, the romantic-action film has collected $1.4 million in the US Box Office.

Bodyguard was released in 88 cinema halls across US and Canada on Wednesday. The movie has earned USD 1,361,790 in first five days (Wednesday-Monday). The per-theater average of the film is $11,945. Its promoters say that the Salman-Kareena starrer is expected to break the USD 2 million barrier in its second week.
However, Bodyguard has already surpassed the entire gross of Salman's previous release like Dabangg. The film has beaten the combined totals for his films Ready and Wanted in less than one week. The movie is sure to set a new bench mark in the US Box Office in just two weeks.
