Season Summary:
An, offshoot of The Daily Show, The Colbert Report (the Ts in Colbert and in Report are silent) is a parody of shows like "The O'Reilly Factor." Colbert begins the show with teasers about the show's content and then the credits go by, with a giant eagle and the stars and stripes featured predominantly. Colbert will pepper commentaries with phrases like, "Look, I don't have time to read books," or, "President Bush isn't a head thinker, he's a gut thinker." Aspects of talking head programs are exaggerated and Colbert presents a host overwhelmed by his own importance.Watch The Colbert Report Season 7, Episode 120 22nd September Youtube VIDEO Prodigy On Comedy Central Network Watch Season 7, Episode 120 Prodigy For Free Trailer and Preview of The Colbert Report on Comedy Central Network 22nd September 2011 Cast Crew Pictures and Wallpapers Online Watch The Colbert Report Prodigy Full On Comedy Central Network 22nd September 2011 Free Season 7, Episode 120 on Comedy Central Network Drama Stream dailymotion video The Colbert Report 22nd September 2011 On Comedy Central Network English Drama Serial. Season Info:
The Colbert Report, a Comedy Central show hosted by Stephen Colbert, during the year 2011. Each episode is executive produced by Colbert and Jon Stewart, and co-executive produced by Meredith Bennett, Richard Dahm, and Tom Purcell. Colbert plays the role of a populist blowhard journalist character, similar to his character from when he was on The Daily Show. In The Colbert Report, the former correspondent becomes the host of his own parody of media pundit programs, such as The O'Reilly Factor and Hannity.
There are a number of noteworthy recurring elements in most episodes of The Colbert Report. Among them, the most common is "The Wørd", a segment based on a word (real or constructed by the Colbert writing staff) or phrase which serves as a theme for a monologue. Many episodes begin with Colbert providing a joke-based summary of the topics covered within the episode prior to the opening titles; this summary ends with an introductory phrase which gives an example of the Colbert character's twisted logic or values. Finally, each episode contains at least one in-studio guest interview, though sometimes more. In the case of musicians, the final segment is given over to a musical performance by said guest.
