The Story:
Shaapa movie is a love storythat gets entangled withtheCauvery water dispute between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Shaapa means a curse.Ramesh plays a man haunted by his father's negative, discouraging influence. To add to his emotional insecurity, the stepmother he loves dies, leaving him with the fear that he is destined to lose anyone he loves. When, as a grown man, he falls in love with a doctor, he is again consumed by self-doubt and an inability to speak out his emotions

Shabari's story, which she told last week before the parliamentary committee looking at Arab employment in the public sector, and chaired by MK Ahmed Tibi, put its finger on the central issue: The door is only half-open to Arab citizens wishing to obtain positions in the public sector. The government could be doing much more to integrate Arabs in all levels of the public sector, especially in managerial positions.
