She was born on 14th May 1987. Her father Narasimhan Sharma is a captain in the Merchant Navy and her mother Sheila is a yoga teacher. She completed her schooling from Auxilium Convent High School. Adah is born and brought up in Pali Hill , Mumbai.
The actress has been a dancer and gymnast and child prodigy who could recite the Bhagwad Gita at the age of three. Adahs first film 1920 was a huge hit and one of the few bollywood films based on the female protaganist (Liza Singh Rathod).
